Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Your income must be at least $1,200 per month.
- You must have been at your current employment for at least two months.
- You must have been living in your currenct residence for at least two months.
- You must have access to a fax machine.
- You must have a checking account that has been established for at least three months and shows regular transaction activity.
